I'm a little shocked to see so many bad ratings here.  Maybe my experience is different because I've bought a brand new car (6 months ago) and have only had to do small things like oil changes & tire replacements.

Ever experience I've had has been wonderful.  Buying the car went smoothly.  I negotiated the price over the phone before arriving and everything went smoothly.  While they tried to sell me lots of extras (can't blame them, their sales guys) and I refused, they still remained nice.
